How to Make the BEST S’mores Fudge Recipe

This particular fudge is quite simple to prepare, and not too fussy to put together. It’s obviously a riff on s’mores and it does hit all of the same flavor points.

  • Ingredients you’ll need to make homemade S’mores Fudge: Semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, salt, pure vanilla extract, mini marshmallows, mini fudge grahams OR 3 graham crackers roughly chopped.
  • Kitchen tools you’ll need: 9×9 inch pan, measuring cups and spoons, sharp knife and cutting board, offset spatula.
  • Take the time to toast the marshmallows to give it the true s’mores flavor. You can do this under the broiler or using a pastry torch, if you have one. The creamy texture of the chocolate forms the perfect coating.
  • When making fudge, I recommend that you make it in single batches rather than doubling the ingredients.
  • If you have a pastry torch, you can use it to brown the marshmallows to perfection.
  • Cut into small pieces and store chilled or at room temperature for a fun year-round sweet treat for kids of all ages.
  • Store S’mores Fudge in an airitgiht container at room temperature for up to one week.
  • You can freeze this fudge for up to 2 months.

  1. Hi Zulaikha, I’m not sure what could have been different, unless there’s a product difference between here and Malaysia. For example, if the sweetened condensed milk in your market has a different thickness to what we buy here. It may simply take some tweaking to get it just right based on your product availability so it will solidify. Thanks so much for visiting!
