  • Marinade – Mix together marinade ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Place chicken into a shallow dish or large plastic storage bag. Pour marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and toss rubbing into the meat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Grill – Oil the grill grates and grill over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side or until the juices run clear. Adjust depending on the thickness of the chicken. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • 2 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 pieces)
  • Marinade:
  • 2 tsp dark chili powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp key lime juice
  • 3 large garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Peach Salsa:
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 large peaches peeled and diced
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper seeds removed and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp red bell pepper small dice
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions
