Corn Fritters

These crispy Corn Fritters are filled with sweet corn kernels wrapped in a delicious batter. They’re fried until puffy and golden then they can be served with Southern comeback sauce, dusted with powdered sugar or drizzled with maple syrup.

– All-purpose Flour – Granulated Garlic -Onion Powder -Paprika -Unsalted Butter -Fresh Corn Kernels -Chopped Fresh Chives -Granulated Sugar

This recipe for easy Corn Fritters can be made with fresh, canned or frozen corn. When fresh corn is available in abundance in the summer, it’s fresh all the way for me!

Corn Fritters can be enjoyed as an appetizer or as a side dish with any of your favorite entrees. They make a spectacular substitute for hush puppies with seafood dishes and they pair beautifully with a bowl of soup or pinto beans.

Store Corn Fritters in an airtight container chilled for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F air fryer or 350°F oven on a sheet pan just until crisped.
