Chocolate Peanut Butter Ritz Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff (heaping)
  • 84 Ritz crackers
  • 2 (1 pound each) chocolate almond bark (OR White Almond OR one of each)

Instructions

  • Arrange 42 Ritz crackers flat side up on a wax paper lined baking sheet.
  • In a small mixing bowl, use a knife to swirl the marshmallow fluff through the peanut butter it doesn't have to be fully combined.
  • Dollop about 1/2 tsp peanut butter filling into the center of each cracker, place one cracker on top.
  • Melt chocolate almond bark per package instructions. Use a candy fork or two forks to dip each cracker in coating, placing back onto wax paper to dry.
  • Use any leftover almond bark to drizzle on the tops or decorate with seasonal sprinkles while wet.
  • Chill for 1 hour or just until set. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
