marshmallow fluff (heaping)

chocolate almond bark
(OR White Almond OR one of each)
Instructions
Arrange 42 Ritz crackers flat side up on a wax paper lined baking sheet.
In a small mixing bowl, use a knife to swirl the marshmallow fluff through the peanut butter it doesn't have to be fully combined.
Dollop about 1/2 tsp peanut butter filling into the center of each cracker, place one cracker on top.
Melt chocolate almond bark per package instructions. Use a candy fork or two forks to dip each cracker in coating, placing back onto wax paper to dry.
Use any leftover almond bark to drizzle on the tops or decorate with seasonal sprinkles while wet.
Chill for 1 hour or just until set. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
