In a large heavy bottomed pot or skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat. Add onion and bell peppers. Cook for 3-5 minutes or just until softened and beginning to brown. Add garlic, cooking for 1 minute longer.
Add ground beef. Continue to cook for 6-8 minutes or until browned and no pink remains breaking up the ground beef with a spoon. Drain excess fat from pot.
To the pot add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, seasoned salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, mustard and liquid smoke. Mix well.
Cook uncovered over medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Serve immediately on warm slider rolls, hamburger buns or Kaiser rolls.
