On the stove top in a large skillet heat a few drizzles of olive oil. Add the broccoli florets, onion and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and black pepper to your taste. Saute over medium-high heat for around 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and crisp tender. Remove to a platter.
Heat more oil and add the beef to the pan. Season with salt and black pepper to your taste. Cook over medium-high for 4-5 minutes browning the meat on both sides, cooking until tender. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry sauce.
Lower the heat to medium and add the broccoli and onion back to the skillet. Simmer until heated through and the garlic has cooked. Stir well until all of the ingredients are evenly coated with sauce.
Serve over rice garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
