Zesty Bacon Parmesan Dip

  • 6 slices bacon cooked & crumbled
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 [0.6 oz] pkg Zesty Italian Salad Dressing mix or Kraft Anything Dip Dressing and Recipe mix
  • 1 green onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes [more or less to taste]
  • black pepper to taste


  • Cook and crumble the bacon, then cool.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
  • Add the bacon and stir until fully combined. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
  • Garnish with additional bacon crumbles, grated Parmesan cheese and chopped green onion or chives just before serving, if desired.
  • Serve with fresh vegetables and pita crisps.
