113.4 ozcan refrigerated pizza dough i.e. Pillsbury Classic

6slicesbaconcooked and crumbled
1/4-1/3cupketchup

2cupsshredded sharp cheddar cheese
Topping:
1Tbspbuttermelted
1/4tspgarlic salt
1Tbspsesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Have nearby a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or a silicon baking mat.
In a large skillet cook beef and onion in 1-2 Tbsp olive oil. Cook over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes or until no pink remains. Add garlic and Worcestershire sauce, cook for 1 minute longer. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Mix well. Drain excess fat from pan.
Assemble: Press or roll pizza dough stretching into roughly a 12 x 16 inch rectangle.
Sprinkle crust with 1 cup of shredded cheese. Arrange the cooked ground beef and bacon over the cheese. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
Top with chopped dill pickles then sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Begin rolling from the widest edge shaping as you go, ending seam side down. Transfer to baking sheet.
Brush the top and sides with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic salt and sesame seeds.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden.
Rest for 5 minutes, then cut into desired size slices and serve.
