Large marshmallows. thin pretzel sticks, chocolate syrup, black food coloring gel
To make hot chocolate mix: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together, powdered milk, confectioners sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, white chocolate, milk chocolate, and powdered coffee creamer. Store hot cocoa mix in a tightly sealed container for up to three months.
To make a cup of hot cocoa: Add 2 tablespoons of mix per each 8 ounce cup of hot milk. Stir until combined, serve and enjoy.
To make floating snowmen: Thread 2 large marshmallows onto a pretzel stick to form the body. Thread a 3rd large marshmallow onto another pretzel stick and connect, adding the head of the snowman to create the full body.
Add arms and legs by inserting pretzels into the sides of the body and the bottom marshmallows to form the legs.
In a small dish add one tablespoon of chocolate syrup and a drop of black food gel. Mix together. Use a wooden skewer or a toothpick to dip into the syrup and then apply the syrup to the snowman to create the eyes, mouth, and buttons.
Cut jelly beans in half and then trim sides to create a triangle. Apply to the face to create the nose. Top a cup of hot cocoa with a snowman.
