  • 2 cups powdered milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup finely grated white chocolate bar
  • ½ cup finely grated milk chocolate bar
  • cup coffee creamer
  • Floating Snowmen:
  • Large marshmallows. thin pretzel sticks, chocolate syrup, black food coloring gel


  • To make hot chocolate mix: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together, powdered milk, confectioners sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, white chocolate, milk chocolate, and powdered coffee creamer. Store hot cocoa mix in a tightly sealed container for up to three months.
  • To make a cup of hot cocoa: Add 2 tablespoons of mix per each 8 ounce cup of hot milk. Stir until combined, serve and enjoy.
  • To make floating snowmen: Thread 2 large marshmallows onto a pretzel stick to form the body. Thread a 3rd large marshmallow onto another pretzel stick and connect, adding the head of the snowman to create the full body.
  • Add arms and legs by inserting pretzels into the sides of the body and the bottom marshmallows to form the legs.
  • In a small dish add one tablespoon of chocolate syrup and a drop of black food gel. Mix together. Use a wooden skewer or a toothpick to dip into the syrup and then apply the syrup to the snowman to create the eyes, mouth, and buttons.
  • Cut jelly beans in half and then trim sides to create a triangle. Apply to the face to create the nose. Top a cup of hot cocoa with a snowman.
