Baked Shrimp

These easy Baked Shrimp can be served as a standalone dish, an appetizer or as part of a main course. They can be enjoyed fresh and hot from the oven over a bed of rice or served at room temperature with picks as a delicious seafood starter.

– Shrimp peeled and deveined (tails intact) – Olive oil – Lemon juice – Teriyaki or soy sauce – Honey – Seafood seasoning i.e. Old Bay or Seafood Magic

Keep a close eye on the shrimp while baking to avoid overcooking. The shrimp should turn pink and opaque when fully cooked.
