– Russet potatoes – Olive oil – Butter melted – Salt – Black pepper – Granulated garlic – Onion powder – Parmesan cheese – Sour cream

KEY Ingredients

This recipe uses medium-large oblong russet potatoes. The larger the potato, the more slices and prettiest presentation.

To prepare potatoes, scrub and dry them, then place on a cutting board between two chopsticks to prevent the knife from slicing all the way to the bottom.

Use a sharp knife to cut thin slices approximately 1/4 inch wide being careful not to cut all the way through. Again, the chopsticks should prevent this from happening.
