Notes

  • Use Cookie Cutters to Make Fun Shapes - You can use mini cookie cutters to cut out the cheese into different spring themed shapes. Think Easter eggs, ducks, bunnies, bird nests and carrots.
  • Customize - This Easter themed charcuterie board is meant to be filled with sweet and savory small bites to eat. There is plenty of room to personalize the flavors and additions of cheese, crackers, cookies, fresh fruit and candy to suit your taste. You can adapt this board making it larger or smaller depending on the size of the gathering.
  • Cheese - Use any flavor of cheese that your family enjoys. Cheddar cheese, colby jack cheese, gruyere cheese or any that your guests enjoy.
  • Nuts - If allergies aren't a concern, you could add nuts or chocolate covered raisins to your cheese board.
  • Board - If you don't have a charcuterie board, consider using a large baking pan lined with wax paper or parchment paper.
  • Vegetables - This is a dessert focused board, but you could certainly assemble a separate board with olives, cheese, peppers, meats and cucumbers in the shape of a bunny.
