210 ozpackages white chocolate melting wafers i.e. Ghirardelli
1 1/2cupsbroken pretzel pieces
110 ozbag pastel M&M's
pastel sprinkles
Instructions
Line a large sheet pan or two standard sheet pans with wax paper or parchment paper. Set aside.
Pour peanuts evenly onto the bottom of a 6 quart slow cooker.
Use a sharp knife to divide the almond bark. Arrange squares over the peanuts and top with both packages of melting wafers.
Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Uncover and stir to combine. If needed, continue to slow cook to melt completely, for another 30 minutes.
Once fully melted, add the pastel M&M's and pretzel pieces to the chocolate peanut mixture. Stir to fully distribute.
Working quickly, use an ice cream scoop or two tablespoons to drop mounds of candy onto the prepared sheet pan. Sprinkle the tops with additional sprinkles.
Let sit at room temperature until dry and set, then enjoy.

Sprinkles: If you're making this candy for a different holiday, coordinate the sprinkles to match the theme.
Chocolate: You could make this recipe using chocolate almond bark and chocolate melting wafers, semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips.
