In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion with olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook until no pink remains, around 8 minutes.
Drain excess grease from pan. Add garlic, 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.. Cook 1-2 minutes longer.
Remove hamburger mixture from the skillet.
Creamy Sauce: To the pan add milk, remaining seasoned salt, black pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, soup, and cream cheese. Simmer over medium low just until the cream cheese has melted and thickened about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the stovetop.
Assemble: Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 13x9-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
Arrange half of the potato slices on the bottom of the baking dish. Top with 1/2 hamburger mixture and drizzle with 1/2 sauce. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups cheese.
Repeat layers, potatoes, hamburger mixture and sauce. Cover with aluminum foil.
Transfer to the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle the top with the remaining 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese.
Continue to bake uncovered for another 15-20 minutes or until bubbly, the potatoes are fork tender and the cheese is lightly golden brown.
Serve garnished with parsley.
