EASY OVEN ROASTED POTATOES

You will LOVE these Easy Oven Roasted Potatoes. Cubed potatoes tossed with olive oil and herb seasoning, roasted to a crisp golden finish - super easy and so good.

Russet potatoes Olive oil Coarse salt Granulated garlic Ground Black pepper Onion powder Thyme leaves Italian parsley

KEY Ingredients

Soak potatoes in cold water for an hour before baking. Releases the starch for crispy and tender potatoes.

Use russet, Idaho, or Yukon gold potatoes for this recipe; test and adjust baking time based on starch content.

Just before serving, you may drizzle these potatoes with melted butter, if desired. You can also serve them topped with a dollop of sour cream.
