18 ozblock Neufchatel or regular cream cheese, softened
4mediumbananascubed
3cupsmini marshmallows
18 ozfrozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2cuproughly crushed vanilla wafers

Instructions
Using a stand or hand mixer in a large bowl whip together both pudding mixes with the half and half and vanilla until thickened but still pourable.
To the bowl add the cream cheese and continue to whip until completely smooth and no lumps remain in the cream cheese mixture.
By hand, stir in the banana chunks, marshmallows, 2/3 whipped topping and crushed vanilla wafers. Reserve 1 Tbsp crushed vanilla wafers to sprinkle on top.
Pour into a serving dish and frost the top with the remaining whipped topping. Garnish with vanilla wafer crumbs.
Refrigerate covered for 2-4 hours before serving with whole vanilla wafers for dipping.
Notes
Homemade Whipped Cream: You can make your own whipped cream using heavy whipping cream. To do so whip 1 1/2 cups heavy cream with 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whip with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Proceed with the recipe as written.
Serving Suggestions: You could dip any cookie into this Banana Pudding Dip. Graham crackers, shortbread cookies or Chessmen cookies from Pepperidge Farm. You could also dip fresh fruit like strawberries or additional banana slices.
