Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray a 12 inch round pizza pan with cooking spray and press the pizza crust evenly onto the pan.
Mix 1/4 teaspoon of creole seasoning [or more to your taste] with the pizza sauce and spread over the crust.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of shredded pepper jack cheese.
Remove the casings from the andouille sausage, slice and cube.
In a stove top pan, brown the sausage in 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then remove from the pan.
Toss the shrimp with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of creole seasoning, then saute in the sausage drippings for about 20 seconds then remove from the heat.
Spread the cooked andouille sausage evenly over the pizza crust and arrange the shrimp on top.
Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of shredded pepper jack cheese.
Bake for 16-17 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
Sprinkle with the sliced fresh basil.
