Line a large baking sheet with heavy duty foil and fit with an oven safe rack. (You can also bake the bacon directly on the foil.)
Arrange bacon slices on rack leaving around 1/2 inch between for air to circulate.
Cook for 20-25 minutes (thick cut) Classic cut cook for 20 minutes or until desired crispness is reached. (Cook to your preferredĀ level of crispiness.)
Remove from rack using tongs to a paper towel-lined plate to drain and enjoy. Freeze bacon grease for future use.
