Ingredients

thick cut bacon OR

lb
classic cut bacon
(any amount will work)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a large baking sheet with heavy duty foil and fit with an oven safe rack.
Arrange bacon slices on rack leaving around 1/2 inch between for air to circulate.
Cook for 20-25 minutes (thick cut) Classic cut cook for 20 minutes or until desired crispness is reached.
Remove from rack using tongs and enjoy. Freeze drippings for future use.
