Use a paper towel to blot the pork chops. Season on all sides with seasoned salt, granulated garlic, onion powder and black pepper.
Melt butter in a large 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the pork chops to the pan. Sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the pan to a platter and set aside.
To the skillet, add minced garlic. Stir, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet, cooking for 1-2 minutes or just until softened and fragrant.
To the pan whisk in the honey, apple juice, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, brown sugar and crushed red pepper flakes scraping any brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Return the pork chops to the pan, spooning the sauce over the top. Cook the pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F. (Note: Depending on how thick your pork chops are, they may or may not require additional cooking time.)
Serve immediately garnished with sliced green onions drizzled with the sauce.
