- 3 Tbsp heavy cream plus additional as needed to thin

- In a large bowl use a whisk to soft together Bisquick, sugar and cinnamon.
- Pour milk and butter into the dry ingredients. Stir to combine.
- Use two tablespoons to drop mounds of biscuit dough onto the prepared pans at least 2-inches apart.
- Place pan into the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes until lightly golden brown.
- Glaze: In a small bowl, stir together powdered sugar, heavy cream and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth. Add small amount of heavy cream to thin further, if desired.
