Notes

  • Potatoes - For these air fryer potatoes, I chose to use a potato medley of different varieties for visual appeal. You can certainly opt to make any variety, including sweet potatoes, using this same technique.
  • Know Your Air Fryer - It's important that you know your air fryer and how it performs. Doing so, you can make any cooking time adjustments in real time depending on how quickly your appliance cooks.
  • Leave Room For Air to Circulate - Arrange potatoes in a single layer so air can circulate evenly around all of the pieces. Don't skip shaking the basket halfway through for even frying.
  • Lighter Option - You can opt to use an olive oil cooking spray in place of olive oil, if you want to lighten this recipe up a bit. When doing so, please note, the Parmesan and seasonings adhere best when using oil.
  • Fresh Herbs - You can garnish these potatoes with fresh chives, thyme or fresh rosemary.
  • Serving Options - These potatoes are delicious on their own. If you'd like to add a dipping sauce, the work well with buttermilk ranch dressing a creamy Caesar dressing, Southern comeback sauce or simple ketchup for dipping. You can serve with any of your favorite dipping sauces.
