Notes
Potatoes - For these air fryer potatoes, I chose to use a potato medley of different varieties for visual appeal. You can certainly opt to make any variety, including sweet potatoes, using this same technique.
Know Your Air Fryer - It's important that you know your air fryer and how it performs. Doing so, you can make any cooking time adjustments in real time depending on how quickly your appliance cooks.
Leave Room For Air to Circulate - Arrange potatoes in a single layer so air can circulate evenly around all of the pieces. Don't skip shaking the basket halfway through for even frying.
Lighter Option - You can opt to use an olive oil cooking spray in place of olive oil, if you want to lighten this recipe up a bit. When doing so, please note, the Parmesan and seasonings adhere best when using oil.
Fresh Herbs - You can garnish these potatoes with fresh chives, thyme or fresh rosemary.
Serving Options - These potatoes are delicious on their own. If you'd like to add a dipping sauce, the work well with buttermilk ranch dressing a creamy Caesar dressing, Southern comeback sauce or simple ketchup for dipping. You can serve with any of your favorite dipping sauces.
