213.4 ozcans dulce de lechei.e. La Lechera or similar

1 1/2cupsheavy cream
1tsppure vanilla extract
1/3cupgranulated sugar
3Tbspgrated milk chocolate bar i.e. Hershey's
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly spritze the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
In a small bowl toss together the vanilla wafer crumbs, granulated sugar and melted butter. Press firmly onto the bottom and 1-inch up the sides of the pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or just until lightly golden and set. Set aside to cool completely.
Assemble: Spread one can of dulce de leche onto the bottom of the cooled crust. Slice bananas into 1/4 inch portions then arrange over the dulce de leche. Begin along the outer edge and work to the middle with the slices slightly overlapping.
Carefully spread the remaining can of dulce de leche over the banana slices. Arrange a second layer of bananas on top.
In a large bowl use an electric mixer to whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Whip on medium high speed gradually adding the sugar until stiff peaks form.
Spread the whipped cream on top of the second layer of bananas being sure to cover them completely. Sprinkle the top with grated chocolate.
