These Peanut Butter Snickers Cookies have a unique chewy texture thanks to the gooey nougat in the candy bar.The chunks of chopped candy melt into the cookie dough while baking then, as it cools, it forms a chewy nougat in the cookies that makes them impossible to resist.
Peanut Butter Snickers Cookies
I love using this batter recipe and mixing in the candy of choice to personalize it. Candy bar mix-ins make for a spectacular treat. If you ;ove Snickers candy in particular you may like these Snickers Blondies, too. The cubed peanut butter snickers melt into the batter making these cookies chewy and decadent. Throw in a few extra peanuts, and it's warm, fresh from the oven love. The smell of fresh cookies baking in the oven signals the feeling of homespun comfort no matter what language you speak.
