No topping is necessary you’ll also be tempted to enjoy the banana flavor fresh from the oven just the way it is. It’s a wonderful treat with a cup of coffee or hot tea, and freezes beautifully, too. - Prepare Pan – Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spritz a standard 9×5-inch loaf pan with baking spray
- Dry Ingredients – Use a whisk to sift together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Wet Ingredients – In a separate bowl whisk together the melted butter, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.

You can make this in any shape you like. Depending on the size of the pans you may get 4 or 6. Bake at the same temperature, smaller loaves won’t take as long to bake.
