- Egg Wash – Two large eggs beaten with cold water.
- Breadcrumbs – Italian seasoned bread crumbs mixed with panko breadcrumbs form the crispy coating.
- Oil – Vegetable oil for frying.

- Prepare Pan – Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Set aside.

I have a habit of not reading the recipe or instructions throughly. With that being said I mixed all ingredients together, I did double dip mixture, they turned out great!
