- Roast Garlic: Preheat the oven to 350° F. Cut the bottom of the garlic bulb. Discard the bottom. Place cut side up on a piece of aluminum foil.
- Drizzle with oil and sprinkle lightly with salt on the cut side of the garlic bulb. Pull edges of foil together and wrap tightly. Place into pan.
- Bake for 40-60 minutes or until the garlic is soft and golden brown. Once the garlic is cooked, loosen the foil and let it cool for 20-30 minutes.
