Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground chicken

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta, beaten eggs, red onion, parsley, dill, oregano, garlic salt, black pepper and lemon pepper. Mix until just combined.
  • Use a meatball scoop to form ground chicken mixture into 1-inch balls.
  • Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs, cooking in batches turning occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. (Alternatively, bake meatballs in preheated oven at 400°F for 18 to 20 minutes on a parchment paper lined sheet pan. Broil to brown further at the end of baking, if desired)
  • Tzatziki Sauce: In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic salt, onion powder and black pepper.  Taste tzatziki and adjust lemon or salt as needed. Stir until smooth and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Garnish with fresh dill and serve meatballs with picks and tzatziki sauce for dipping.
