- 4 8 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp barbecue seasoning plus additional as needed (i.e. Smokehouse Maple, Barbecue Magic or similar)

Instructions

I just made this and it turned out awesome! Like BBQ chicken pizza without the crust…and cheese. lol The chicken was so juicy! I followed the recipe exactly; I’d recommend broiling it for a minute or two at the end if you like the bbq sauce and bacon a little more”done”. Will definitely make again!

Great question I think it probably could. In that case I might suggest that you secure the bacon somehow using skewers and then char the barbecue sauce at the end.
