- Combine Buttermilk and Mayonnaise -In a medium size mixing bowl whisk together buttermilk and mayonnaise. Add remaining ingredients and seasonings.
- Add Seasonings – To the bowl add chives, garlic, parsely, salt, sugar, lemon juice, granulated garlic, onion powder, black pepper and dill.
- Continue to whisk the mixture until the ingredients are fully incorporated and no lumps remain.

- 2-3 cloves minced garlic Adjust amount to taste
- 1 Tbsp flat leaf parsley finely chopped
- 2 tsp coarse sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp dried dill weed or 1/2 tsp fresh
