- Heat Oven and Prepare Pan – Preheat the oven to 250°F. Have nearby a large rimmed baking sheet.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil or canola oil
- 1 1.0-oz packet dry ranch salad dressing mix i.e. Hidden Valley
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 9-oz bags Oyster crackers
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F. Have nearby a large rimmed baking sheet.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, packet of ranch, dill, lemon pepper and garlic powder until seasonings are dissolved.
- To the bowl add the oyster crackers and Parmesan cheese. Mix with a large spoon until evenly coated. (Alternately pour into a large plastic storage bag and shake until coated.
- Pour the oyster crackers mixture onto the baking sheet. Place into the oven and bake for 20 minutes, stopping to stir halfway through.
- Cool completely then store in an airtight container for up to one week.
