  • Prepare Pan – Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray a large sheet pan with cooking spray or brush with oil.
  • Naan – Place the Naan bread on a baking pan.
  • Sauce – Spread lightly with the barbecue sauce reserving the bulk of the sauce to drizzle over the toppings. If you like more sauce, serve it on the side so your pizzas won’t get soggy.
  • Toppings – Divide the toppings evenly into four servings. Arrange the chicken, bacon, onion and peppers on the Naan in that order.
  • Top with Sauce – Drizzle with the remainder of the barbecue sauce. Sprinkle the shredded Colby- Jack cheese on top.
  • Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro and cut into quarters to serve.

  • 4 large Naan flat breads
  • 2 cups roasted or rotisserie chicken chopped
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1-1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce Use your favorite
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbsp pickled jalapeno slices chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese or Monterey-Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
